The Canvas Capsule - Mint
A three piece capsule in a single tone, made for dressing, sleeping and giving.
Cut from bamboo viscose certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I, the strictest class the standard defines and the one written for products that touch a newborn's skin.
What is included
- The Canvas Mint Romper. Two way matching safety zip, with fold over mitts and cuffs.
- The Canvas Mint Sleep Sack. 1.0 TOG, with a smooth two-way matching side zip.
- The Canvas Mint Knotted Beanie. Soft, non binding knit with an adjustable top knot.
Choose a size for the romper and a size for the sleep sack. The beanie is one size.
Care
Every piece in this set is a heavy bamboo viscose interlock — prized for its softness, and more delicate than cotton. To keep the plush feel:
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out and with zips fully closed
- Wash separately, or with similarly soft fabrics — not denim, towels or velcro
- Use a mild, fragrance-free detergent. No fabric softener: it coats the fibre and reduces breathability
- Lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on the lowest heat
- Wash the beanie by hand, or in a mesh bag, and always lay it flat — the dryer affects the elastic
Light pilling with regular wear is a natural characteristic of bamboo fibre, not a flaw, and proper care slows it considerably.
