If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help
30-Day Easy Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With tags and packaging intact
Because our pieces are made for delicate little ones, we kindly ask that items be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

We understand how quickly little ones grow.
If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist you with a smooth return and reorder process. Please reach out to us and we’ll guide you every step of the way.
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at contact@glynandco.com with your order number.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrived with an issue, please contact us immediately, we’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, a few items cannot be returned:
• Headbands and hair accessories
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at checkout
